Price: Tax-included prices are displayed on each product and plan page.
Payment: Credit card payment is available. Reservations may also use on-site payment.
Delivery timing: Experiences are provided at the reserved time. Products ship after payment confirmation.
Reservation cancellation and refunds: Reservations are accepted from six months before the experience until 6:00 p.m. on the day before the experience. Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total experience price, based on when we receive your cancellation request. All times are Japan Standard Time (JST). ・Until 11:59 p.m. three days before the experience: No charge ・From 12:00 a.m. two days before until 11:59 p.m. on the day before: 50% ・From 12:00 a.m. on the day of the experience, or for a no-show: 100% For prepaid bookings, we will refund the amount paid minus the applicable cancellation fee. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
