Reservations

Each reservation slot is held for one party. Contact us promptly if your details need correction.

Payment

Reservations support card or on-site payment. Store purchases use Stripe checkout.

Changes

Date, time, and guest-count changes depend on availability.

Cancellation and refunds

Reservations are accepted from six months before the experience until 6:00 p.m. on the day before the experience. Cancellation fees are calculated as a percentage of the total experience price, based on when we receive your cancellation request. All times are Japan Standard Time (JST). ・Until 11:59 p.m. three days before the experience: No charge ・From 12:00 a.m. two days before until 11:59 p.m. on the day before: 50% ・From 12:00 a.m. on the day of the experience, or for a no-show: 100% For prepaid bookings, we will refund the amount paid minus the applicable cancellation fee. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer or payment provider.
